SMTP Problem

Dear friends,
My email works sometimes yes, sometimes not.

See my error when it fails:
Email: sendWithSmtp throwed fsockopen(): SSL: Handshake timed out
Any idea?

Is this a live server or a development local server?
What version of CodeIgniter are you using?
Also show your email settings and configuration files.

What did you Try? What did you Get? What did you Expect?
