Hello, I installed a few days ago in my web server xampp codeigniter3rc
the problem that only works start page welcome to Codeigniter

404 Page Not Found

The page you requested was not found.

Android on the other hand works well on AndroidPHP me and some very strange use gentoo linux operating system but I think it does not change much
