I'm new to PHP, should I use this software?

Thats how I learned HTML and CSS.

Hey I am learning a lot. I thought it would be way more overwhelming but I already grasp the basics of PHP, especially in use with MySQL (the whole reason I want to learn php). I am going to wait until I've been using PHP for at least half, maybe a full year before I get into Code Igniter.
