When CI 3.0 stable version relase ?

I see 45 issues at this point on Github, is it safe to say CI 3.x is ready for production? I would love to build a e-commerce on top of it.

Yes... if you can live with a production site containing 45 known bugs and an unknown number of unknown bugs! Personally I prefer to wait a little more.
