There's quite a few authentication libraries in the wiki. It all depends on what you want it to do?

What features were you looking for it to have ?

If it doesn't need to be complex then you can create your own within a few hours, although if you're unsure it's probably not something you'd want to code yourself (as it's important that it's secure).
