Maybe you are right, the admin part was made not in one month, its a result of long term hard work.
What about Docs, they exist but in Russian. Actually for the start you need just learn how to make a setting file for modules in /webadmin/extension One file and you have a full CRUD for administration.
Till end of january I will make a simple TODO and maybe also a screencast.
