I have a problem with new module in PyroCMS

You dont call themes directly, the theme logic is handled within the Layout library and done automatically. I have PMed you about this.

All you need to do is call your view files with $this->layout->create('viewname', $this->data)

I know docs are missing but you should be able to work out most of this stuff by looking at existing modules.
