add to database step by step by many form

I created a form for user logon to add an application to mysite.
An application have many attribute such as: Name,size, price, file upload...
And it have a documentation that must have a form in my format:
Document have some attribute: title, description, and a table(3 column and n row) of properties in that user can add how many ROW as they want.


Any one can help me find a solution for the logic of my code for the best convenience. (the logic can the same as steps when we install JOOMLA.) Thanks!
