Hi,
I have made some changes to the anchor_popup() function to make it more accesible.

Change in line 144 of url_helper.php:

Code:
return "";

for:

Code:
return '';

And in line 155:

Code:
return "";

For:

Code:
return '';

I hope this can be useful..
