CodeIgniter and Wordpress Integration

Hello all,

I'm trying to integrate CodeIgniter with Wordpress. I found many tutorials telling me to install Wordpress, leave it running well. After installing CodeIgniter in a sub-folder in Wordpress in order to use the features of CodeIgniter in Wordpress.

The problem is that I need to do a site with the following organization:
1 - All pages must be programmed in CodeIgniter;
2 - Have Wordpress installed on http://127.0.0.1/blog;
3 - Take control of Wordpress users throughout the website.

The solution put into the CodeIgniter Wordpress allows me to do 1 and 3.

I do not know if solving this way I could solve the second, because the blog would be at the root and I could no longer access it in http://127.0.0.1/blog/

How can I solve this problem?
