Using get_filenames() on a Windows machine

Hello,

I am trying to use the get_filenames() function.
I am running a server on my local machine.
When I run the function it returns the file path as

Code:

C:\path\to\file

which doesn't work in the browser.

Is there a way I can get this to work on my machine?
