CI and RAD?

Hi,

I wonder if something RAD like things exist for CI. Especially when making quick prototypes, creating form elements and user interface from an underlying database is a daunting task.

For example, in Delphi for PHP I can drop a grid on a form and point it do a mysql table, and voila: I have a nice editable grid! In two minutes or less.

I would really like something similar for CI. Does that exist?
