logging problem

i'm having this problem while saving on a database from a textarea,

if i submit

Delete Message from the sponsor

it shows

Forbidden

You don't have permission to path/index.php/skilled/save on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

but if i submit

Message from the sponsor

it saves on the database
