[SESSION] Writing SSD / HHD to death

Hey Community,

i had a new Laptop with an 8 GB SSD and 1TB HHD combined. Iam developing an Account System, which using the Session Handler with Session files. On my old laptop with 1TB HDD its working fine and fast. But now its slowed down to 60 seconds per execution or more. Its all same configured as before, same processor etc. only another storage. Is it possible that the session files writing my SSD + HHD to death?
