[Solved] Default Time Zone Not Picking Up

Try using 'Pacific/Auckland' as the timezone:
http://php.net/manual/en/timezones.php

Or if there is another region which is closer/more accurate, use that. But I couldn't see anything at a glance.

There's only one rule - please don't tell anyone to go and read the manual.  Sometimes the manual just SUCKS!
