upload file with name not in en

did you trying upload images default from ci user guide ?
i guess nothing change even you upload with any lang or do you want to make validations error in hebrew

polease explain more and throw you code somewhere to make people can understand what you faced it ?

i try but the image was not uploaded i dont know why.. (only in hebrew)
