So, are you in control of virtual hosts through apache, or using something like cpanel?
If you are in control of the virtual hosts, you'll want to go to the subdomain's conf file in /etc/apache2/sites-available/ and check that everything makes sense.
If there is an issue that needs to be changed, change it then reload apache. If this were my confs, I would figure that I messed something up in the conf file.
If this is a cpanel or other control panel, then unless you are the server admin, just make life easy and contact the host. Helping you is why they get paid the big bucks.
