I am having trouble setting up my online website offline.

This is my example:

When offline:

http://localhost/gsa/services/scheme-of-...nsultation


Not Found

The requested URL /gsa/services/scheme-of-services/consultation was not found on this server.


I wonder why?

What other settings should I change ?  I copy exactly.


I add this:

Nothing else happens.
