Try rename your file name

Wrong

C:\xampp\htdocs\gsa\application\site\controllers\home.php

Correct

C:\xampp\htdocs\gsa\application\site\controllers\Home.php

There's only one rule - please don't tell anyone to go and read the manual. Sometimes the manual just SUCKS!
