Ignition Go - now with Bootstrap 4 and Admin LTE

Hello all,

Ignition-Go is a CodeIgniter 3.1.x Modular (HMVC) App Building Framework - to build enterprise class web applications... 

We've been busy putting in updates, including Bootstrap 4, removing dependency on NPM and Bower, adding Yarn and more documentation.
