Remove index.php

That page isn't too informative yet.  However, after reading that page,

public $indexPage = 'index.php';

to 

public $indexPage = ''; 


also make sure to set:

public $baseURL = ''; 


while you're at it.
it's the same procedure when removing index.php from CI3, just a different file.
