CI4 writable folder global variable for php path

Good morning,
I would like to use the writable folder to insert files from php and then upload them with html.
is there a system variable for this folder similar to ROOTPATH?
example:
ROOT_WRITABLE_FOLDER


I have not found in the manual where all the global system variables are listed
