I'm not 100% sure they are solved. The website code had an inefficient use the GitHub API that was hitting more often than it needed and wasn't always caching it. The errors that were being thrown were because we were over the limit on our GitHub api calls. I few weeks ago I had refactored the code to be more efficient in it's usage. I added a try/catch block that was missing and pushed the new site up. That got it running.
Just got to thinking that it might have been tied to Jim's GitHub account and might need to be changed. Still investigating everything around it. And of course it happens when I'm slammed with everything else in my life too so it's moving a little slower than I'd like, but it's getting there. We will survive.
