[Update] Tarichi V.0.3 ready to download

At the past time, i was looking the SQL file of tarichi 0.3, unfortunately the official site was down, therefore i was looking on the internet by using uncle google , and i was hoping someone mirroring the file, and the result here's the file , i have tested and it does work properly..

for the author Mr.Srobet, i though it would be better if in the next release you enclose the sql file with the core, rather than ask the folks to download separately.
