Thank you. The local site is loading now. Now I have the resolve the assets not recognized.

I followed the instructions and the site is up on my local host but none of the assets (css, etc) can be reached. My host/vhost is for example mysite.local and my base_url is http://mysite.local/. The css links will not resolve in the browser.
