v4.2.8 (and 9) released

Hi everyone- Happy to announce that version 4.2.8 is live! And if one release wasn't enough for you, we have 4.2.9 as well! Slight mishap with 4.2.8 so .9 is a hot fix: be sure to install that one, but read all the release notes on 4.2.8: https://github.com/codeigniter4/CodeIgni...tag/v4.2.9
Thanks to all the team that's been working hard! We have some big changes coming in 4.3, which hopefully is right around the corner. Check back here for an announcement after it lands.
