Try :
- Call the model directly whithout variables : ...->pobierz_gdzie( 'wolontariusze', array ( 'sekcja' => 'GAMEROOM' ), 'LIDER GAMEROOM' );
- Initialize parameters in the model : public function pobierz_gdzie( $tabela = '', array $warunek, $lider='' )
