sonarqube and codeigniter

Hi,

i like using codeigniter but i want to check my projects with sonarqube.
When i run sonarqube it reports over 8000 issues regarding codeigniter framework code.

How to deal with this? Fix all the issues?

I fixed over a thousand already.
