Sending mail to Yahoo!

I've been testing out the mail class and thought it didn't work when testing emails to my email account. I got to create plugins for PHPMailer and Swiftmailer and they didn't seem to work at all.

However after trying to test sending emails to myself(another domain), everything worked out. My PHPMailer, Swiftmailer as well as the CI email class worked.

I wonder, what could be done so that I can send to Yahoo! accounts too. :|

This is not a coding issue but I just wanted to know if someone had this problem and how he fixed it. Yeah, I am getting support from the hosting provider :|

If you send test emails with nonexistant accounts or domains, yahoo will include your server in its black list.
I had an issue with this in the past.

You should check your mail log to see what happens when sending emails to yahoo.

If you're already on the black list, you must send an email to some department at yahoo, but the process is quite cumbersome.

omg.

I'll take a look at the mail log then and see if there's any problem.
