after insert database, how to clear form field values

Hi,

Once submit the form, I load the model. In the model, execute the query for update the field values into the database.

After that I load another view. But I refresh the page means once again the old datas are update into the database.

How I delete the catched datas after updating?

Try making a redirect after updating/inserting your values.
