Video upload, encode, host and stream with PHP

Hi to all the gurus out there. need on some kinda like video upload, encode, host and stream. i will be grateful for any help or tutorials link on how to do this process of uploading a video and encoding it with PHP.

Thats what I first thought when I found out agout it ages ago... I used it once or twice and then forgot about it, but saw someone use it earlier today which reminded me of it
