Give that whirl. Just make sure to read all the documentation on the page, as I noticed some gotcha's in the wiki text.

If that doesn't work, I'd recommend you head over to PHPClasses.org and flip through their offerings. You could probably just drop one of those pre-existing libraries into your application/libraries folder and hit the ground running that way.
