Getting a 403 Error when it was working fine the other day.

So I moved my site over to http://hutchwifi.com/ from http://www.hutchnetwireless.com/ and now I'm getting a 403 error. It was working fine before, the only thing I changed was the base directory in the config and in the .htaccess file. This is on a godaddy account to.

.htaccess
Code:
#Enable mod rewrite
RewriteEngine On
#the location of the root of your site
#if writing for subdirectories, you would enter /subdirectory
RewriteBase /

#Removes access to CodeIgniter system folder by users.
#Additionally this will allow you to create a System.php controller,
#previously this would not have been possible.
#'system' can be replaced if you have renamed your system folder.
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^system.*
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /index.php?/$1 [L]

#Checks to see if the user is attempting to access a valid file,
#such as an image or css document, if this isn't true it sends the
#request to index.php
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
#This last condition enables access to the images and css
#folders, and the robots.txt file
#Submitted by Michael Radlmaier (mradlmaier)
# I added this line based on some info from other posts
RewriteCond $1 !^(index.php|images|javascript|style|robots.txt|user_guide)

RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?/$1 [L]

config.php
Code:
$config['base_url']    = "http://www.hutchwifi.com/";

$config['index_page'] = "";

$config['uri_protocol']    = "AUTO";

I've read all the "Do this to work with Godaddy!" and it DID work with these settings on my other godaddy account, but as soon as I moved it over and changed the base site shit hit the fan. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to what is going on?
