When CI 3.0 stable version relase ?

@yodapt, I would not recommend using dev version in production environment, especially to build e-commerce site where security and stability is very important. Just use Ci2 for now, it shouldn't be that hard to upgrade to Ci3 later or just wait a bit. We should see version 3.0 stable very soon anyway :-) It looks like new owners of CodeIgniter doing a very good job so far.
