Code generate multiple links

I use the base_url();
Example:

src='".base_url()."js/jquery.js'>[removed]\n";

If you check your site or google check the site for any rason the codeigniter can call a functions.

I traid on codeigniter site. Example:
http://codeigniter.com/news/news/news/ne...news/news/

And load the content.

I need to know if this a normal problem or how can i fixed.
