It doesn't matter which JS framework you take, you can find dozens of advantages and disadvantages for it.
This is just the same like the question "Which is the best Linux distribution?" -> It ends in holy war.
So just take what you like most in syntax, documentation and extensions.
You can't really go WRONG with jQuery, nor with mootools or Prototype.
And in the end, it's not to the framework, but to the developer to use it efficient and proper.
