CI Email library problem

Hello!

I have a problem when i send an email with ci email library from localhost with gmail and xampp.

The email is send and i get the confirmation message but after about 5-8 seconds.

*Confirmation message on localhost(echo "The message was send!"...

Could somebody help me?
