Problem with hosting ci in Godaddy

Hello

I finish a site which works fine in my localhost.
Now, I uploaded it to a godaddy's shared hosting, and it doesn't work.

I try to access to http://www.myDomain.com/clients/client/index.php/index
All I get is a 404 error.

What I've done:

1- removed all rules from .htaccess (it's empty)

2- in config.php I set:

$config['uri_protocol']    = "REQUEST_URI";//AUTO didn't work.

What can I do?
