best free PHP IDE for codeigniter users

I am using E Text editor, a textmate for windows. It has a dark coloring scheme - blackboard, and also CI 1.7.2 bundle. Zend HTML/CSS can also be integrated.

Maybe netbeans is good, but is way too heavy, even if I have a high performance laptopc

Well the Codelobster seems to be a promising IDE....
