How to - Implementing menu navigation on CI?

As I stated above this is still be designed from one of my
previous menus, so the code is not clean and not finished!

Place it in an assets dirctory like below

index.php
assets
--- css
--- js
--- menu8

If you have trouble, I can zip the whole thing up and put it on my server for download.

I have updated the code to work with php 5 and CodeIgniter 2+ re-read everything!

This can be easily implemented with a database or a multi dimensional array using just php.
