base_url() doesnt work

Hi

i used base_url for access the jquery files form the root folder it works well in my local machine when i run this same in another machine it doesnt load the file. please help me to solve this issue . thanks

Hello

base_url() returns your site base URL, as specified in your config file. Look if in the new machine, the URL is the same as you have in the config file.
