works fine in mozilla but bad request 400 error in google chrome

Hi folks,
I am kinda new in CI, I am using CI with hmvc modular extension and template system. I have used flexigrid jquery library to extract data from server and construct table. server returns json data format. Everything was fine and running smoothly in mozilla when checked in google chrome then there is error with bad request it says "The URI you submitted has disallowed characters." i tried but no luck. One thing is really bugging me how one browser can send different uri request than other when everything else is same??
