upload page not works

I got the next problem:
Im building my site with codeIgniter.
If i upload a file to my website..it shows a error.
Because i had put the pagination..
so it will not found.

what is best solution for this?
I heard about, output->catch ...and how can i put this ?

It works now..
I have writed,, Open a new page if uploading had finshing.
