How to setup template library with modular extensions

Hi all,

I'm using CI2 and I wonder if is it possible to setup and use the great Phil Sturgeon template library with modular extensions?

I am actually using CI2 and template library in the simple way, but I would like to learn how modular extensions works and if is it possible to use the template library. Code, tutorial, sample applications would be very appreciated.
