Sorry About that, I fixed the code and tested on my own server so It should be good. It was a missing $ that caused it.

RewriteEngine On
Options Indexes FollowSymlinks Multiviews
RewriteBase /

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !admin/$
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /admin.php/$1 [L]

RewriteCond $1 !^(index\.php|admin\.php|public|media)
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /index.php/$1 [L]
