[FIXED]phpbb3 library redirect problem

When i get the directory path to my phpbb3 path it redirects to the install follder..
I use . http://codeigniter.com/wiki/phpBB3_library/

htdocs/applications/library/ - here is the library
htdocs/phpbb3 - here is the path of my forum.
/../../phpbb3/ - this is the forum root path way .

So it's ok, no errors the path is fine, but when load the localhost, it redirects to localhost/install/index.php and when load the controller it redirects to there to localhost/install/index.php i have awready installed the forum, and the directory folder is changed.
