PHPass as CI library

Hi ya all

I'm totally new to CodeIgniter and while I was doing some tuts and enhancing them to a working AuthMgmt app, I found I needed the help of http://www.openwall.com/phpass/ to handle passwords properly. So I integrated it into CI as a library. In the hope somebody else can use it, I post it here now.
