I think stackoverflow has done a "wonderful job" to not let people as easy question, and I think the people there, lots who have over 125 rep are think the same way, that if you ask question, it should be super challenge but not challenge enough to make them think its too hard for them, or its too easy for them, otherwise they will just vote down on you till you can not post questions anymore, i am kinda feel sad about it.
