which video uploader to use?

I need to buy a video uploader... any suggestions on which one?

I need users to upload video and i would like some sort or reformatting option...

i am not a developer, my developer previously used what im assuming is a code ignitor plug in video uploader but it seemed crappy and slow and no reformatting options.

this site is on codeignitor and there videos are large, they run extremely slow, i know server side has alot to do with it but is this a custom player?

I need some suggestions thanx.

it only plays .flv and .swf .. but i found something called ffmpeg which the file uploads to the system as normal, then it gets converted and rewrites on top of that existing file replacing it.
