fckeditor upload not working

hello, when i upload i receive "upload successful" but there's no image uploaded on the folder, chmod is already 0777, please help thanks.

Hello everyone,
I am also facing some problem with fckeditor while inserting image. The folder userfiles which is created outside my project and the image is uploaded in the folder but on the front page it displays something like below:
